We
are fully insured and will take all reasonable due care and attention with your
pets. If they should become ill during their stay, animals will be taken to
your normal vet if local or our local vet as necessary. If a veterinary visit
becomes necessary, we shall endeavour to contact you for your advice and
consent prior to any visit. All veterinary costs will be charged at cost to the
client upon return. Whilst we will endeavour to do our utmost for any animal
taken ill during a stay, we will act on veterinary advice but cannot be liable
for any outcome.
We
will take no responsibility for any pets pregnancy as all our animals are kept
separately at all times unless otherwise stated by the owner
A
deposit of £10 per cage is necessary to secure a booking which should be sent
in with any booking
forms. All cages/hutches are allocated on a first come first served basis. Any
cancellation under 1 months notice will incur loss of the deposit. All
bookings must be paid for in full upon arrival. Whilst we appreciate most
of our customers are honest, kind, animal loving people, we have been left
“holding the baby” so to speak and animals have been previously abandoned with
us and not collected, hence the policy.
All
rabbits must have an up to date vaccination certificate for myxomatosis/VHD
which must be shown on arrival. Any animal not having an up to date certificate
will unfortunately have to be turned away and the deposit lost.
